What we are looking for

We are looking for two Sales Executives for our Ipswich branches – Volvo and Mazda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guide them through the car buying journey with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Develop strong product knowledge across our range of vehicles (new and used)
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction scores
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients
• Ensure accurate completion of all documentation and compliance procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (automotive sales is essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first attitude with a strong desire to succeed
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and resilient

Salary: Competitive salary plus commission and dealership related bonus with an OTE of £50k+, commission is un-capped.
