What we are looking for

Donalds Garage (Ipswich Kia) are looking for a Service Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with one of our fantastic brand partners.

The role

Manage, motivate and provide leadership to the team of two service advisors and six technicians.
Ensure customer satisfaction is of the highest standards which is reflected in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score
Maintain and develop a good working relationship with the manufacturer and ensure the dealership meets all required compliance
Use your exceptional attention-to-detail to monitor all departmental KPI’s to ensure personal and dealership targets are met whilst delivering excellent profitability.
Have the ambition and drive to want to be the top performing dealership in every competing category
Balance empowerment, empathy and encouragement to ensure your team are happy, motivated and productive at all times.
Pay equal attention to both existing customer retention and be innovative and adaptive to attract conquest business.

Your profile

Must have at least two years existing Automotive Management experience,
Be self-motivated and have exceptional communicative skills.
Must have a full UK driving licence
Work schedule: 42.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30 with occasional Saturdays if required.

Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience, including bonus
