ABOUT DONALDS EASYPAY

Our cars take us everywhere; to work and back home, to the shops and to our friends and family. We all know that we need to invest in them with regular servicing or occasional repairs to keep them on the road and running efficiently but let's be honest, it's not always the most welcome of expenses.

With Donalds EasyPay you need not settle the whole balance of your service or repair costs on the day. We can now offer you the option of spreading those costs over interest-free payments. It can take the edge off your annual servicing or cover an unexpected cost to help ensure that you're kept on the road when you need to be. You don't even need to pay anything on the day.

How it works

You can use EasyPay to spread the cost of work from £80, up to £3,000. With two options available:

1. Bump it - Pay nothing on the day and spread your bill over 1 to 3 equal monthly payments
2. Split it - Pay 25% on the day and spread the rest over 4 to 6 equal monthly payments

Yes - you can cancel Donalds EasyPay by calling and instructing us to do so. Please note, we will require a refund and e-mail confirmation if we have already paid the loan application for you.

We must be provided with an e-mail address and mobile number for an application to be process. This is because the application is paperless, so we can send correspondence only via e-mail, SMS, and calls.

The minimum = £80

The maximum = £3,000

Many factors contribute to whether we are able to lend to a customer or not. So, it is unlikely that a customer is declined for a single specific reason.

Yes, you can make early repayments or clear in one go by calling us.

Yes, you can use a card for the depost and another for the monthly instalments.

You must be a UK resident and over 18 years old.
Have a payment card under your name and not expired.

If we do not enforce our rights under this Agreement at any time, we will not be prevented from doing so later.

Any notice or demand will be assumed to be properly served if served on you personally, sent by email to an address provided by you or left or sent by prepaid envelope addressed to you at your current address or last known address. If sent by first class post it will be assumed to have been received by you 48 hours after posting.

You may not transfer or assign your rights under this Agreement. We may transfer or assign all or any of our rights under this Agreement without your consent.

Unless it expressly states otherwise, this Agreement does not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the exclusive courts of jurisdiction over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

We may vary the terms of this Agreement to reflect changes in applicable laws and regulatory guidance. We will provide you with reasonable notice if we have to make such a variation.

This Agreement is in the English language and all communications in relation to this Agreement will be in English.
