Our experience of buying our Kia Niro was very easy. Nothing was rushed and everything was clearly explained regarding finances, warranty, any extras we could consider, but the service wasn't at all pushy. After 6 months I had a problem with the heads up display on a 4 year old Mazda CX5 bought at the Norwich Branch. Gareth at Norwich contacted Ipswich which is nearer to me. Within minutes Ipswich called me and got me booked in. Communication from Ipswich reception was excellent throughout and a technician came out so he could see the problem rather than just relying on a diagnostic. This is a company I would have been proud to work for.

I went in to Kia to discuss a lease vehicle. I was open and honest about the fact I was not looking to buy. I arrived here immediately after an awful experience in a different garage which had left me quite upset. I couldn’t have spoken to a more welcoming, kind and lovely person as Adam. He went above and beyond to help me gain more knowledge on an EV. Adam was not in any way pushing for a sale, he gave me time and patience despite knowing it would not result in a sale. We went for an impromptu visit to look at an XC40. Freddie was attentive and genuine; it was refreshing to have a relaxed sales experience with no pressure or push sales tactics. My family we offered refreshments and kids were allowed to explore the cars, allowing me to focus on discussion. I expect this place has a lot of loyal customers and deservedly so.
