Excitement is building across East Anglia as Donalds Mazda announces that Mazda’s first fully electric saloon–hatchback, the all‑new Mazda6e, will arrive in showrooms this summer. Although the official launch is still months away, drivers can place their orders now at Donalds Mazda locations in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, and Peterborough. The Mazda6e marks the next chapter in Mazda’s electrification journey, bringing together premium Japanese craftsmanship, long‑range electric performance, and cutting‑edge technology — all wrapped in a design that reflects Mazda’s modern, refined style.

A Major Step Forward

Coming Soon to Donalds Mazda With its sleek silhouette, illuminated Signature Wing grille, and 19-inch aerodynamic alloy wheels, the Mazda6e brings a confident and contemporary look to East Anglia’s roads. Customers visiting any Donalds Mazda dealership will soon be able to explore one of the most anticipated electric models of 2026. Inside, the Mazda6e features a clean, luxurious cabin inspired by Japanese design principles. Every model includes a panoramic glass roof, a large 14.6-inch central touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, and a premium 14‑speaker Sony audio system.

An Impressive Electric Range

With an impressive 348‑mile WLTP range, the Mazda6e is engineered to handle the variety of everyday driving needs in East Anglia — from rural commutes to long-distance trips across the UK. Thanks to rapid‑charging capability (30% to 80% in just 15 minutes), the Mazda6e fits effortlessly into modern electric lifestyles. Practicality is also at the forefront, with a spacious hatchback design offering 466 litres of boot space — expandable to 1,074 litres — plus a useful 72‑litre front storage compartment (frunk).

Two Premium Grades to Choose From

While the Mazda6e won’t be physically available until summer, customers can already place orders for the following specifications:

Takumi – from £38,995 Panoramic roof, heated & ventilated seats, 360° camera, power liftgate, ambient lighting, Sony audio, wireless charging, advanced safety systems.

Takumi Plus – from £39,995 Adds premium Tan Nappa leather, electric sunshade, enhanced materials, and additional rear‑seat technology.

Both trims come with Mazda’s 6‑year manufacturer warranty and an 8‑year/100,000‑mile EV battery warranty, giving customers long‑term peace of mind.
