The new car is superb, we were impressed with the previous two Volvo XC60’s, but this one is such a step up in quality and is so smooth and quiet.  I have just completed the first wash, and the changes to the bodywork and fittings are really noticeable.  I did e-mail Michael to thank him for his professionalism once again in his dealings with us in this changeover - we certainly did not expect to be driving the new XC60 so soon, but are so pleased that we are!  Also, we just want to compliment you on your whole team in Ipswich, everybody is so friendly and approachable whenever we come into the building.

Nowadays, we are all very quick to moan but not so forthcoming with praise. I therefore felt it important to email you to praise your staff at the Bury St Edmunds showroom and in particular Alex Talbot. 

I was looking for a new company car and had narrowed my choice down to four. I can honestly tell you that the final decision was not because of the actual vehicle (although I am delighted with my Kia Sportage) but because of Alex. He really is an excellent salesman without being pushy and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We are leasing the car but as we are a relatively new company, you cannot imagine the problems we faced at every turn with various forms and paperwork, but Alex never faltered in keeping calm, keeping me informed and doing his utmost to help. I would also add that on any occasion I phoned the showroom to speak to Alex and he was unavailable, without exception, every member of staff I spoke to was courteous, did their utmost to help and always passed on messages.

Even when I collected the car, Alex painstakingly went through all the controls with me (I am not the most technological person) in a manner that was easy to understand but not at any time condescending.

I congratulate you on the calibre of staff you employ, they are an absolute credit to the company and you should be very proud of them. The vehicle has also received many compliments for the way it looks and I am impressed with it as the driver.

Hhe was not at all [pushy] and answered all of my questions.I have been in the sales side of the motor trade and have worked with sales executives [good and bad] in the past. BB - September 2017 - Bury St Edmunds

I and my partner are here in the UK for a brief visit? from Belgium. Yesterday my car, a Mazda Premacy, began to make a very strange rattling sound. Enough to cause me concern. I first looked on your website yesterday and found you have a garage in Ipswich which, being my home town, I contacted by phone. I explained the situation, saying also that Saturday 24th June we return to Antwerp in Belgium a driving journey of at least 6.5 hours not including the ferry. The man with whom I spoke could not have been more helpful and, after much searching online (my Premacy is LHD) said to bring it in this morning at 9AM. Early this afternoon he contacted me to say the car was ready. Luckily the problem was not drastic and he took the time and trouble to explain what had happened. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that everything was OK. Unfortunately I am unable to give you his name but can best describe him as red-headed with a beard. I would like to express my thanks to him through your offices. Although car repairs are never an experience we wish for he made it extremely bearable. Once again my thanks to him.
